Description: In September 2015, 150 people spent an evening at the historic venue Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek – a fascinating art museum in the heart of Copenhagen, matching our client’s wishes: a cultural venue with impressive features and details where the group enjoyed a beer tasting of a range of Carlsberg specialty brews followed by a gala dinner. We furthermore arranged a spectacular entertainment programme including magicians and a boys’ choir. BDP’s project manager showed great dedication to the client’s goals and was focused on every little detail, such as adjusting the lamps for the perfect colour nuance and finding the right napkins for the dinner.

Value creation: Our project manager’s extensive experience and local network meant that even last minute changes were no issue; the client was in safe hands and expressed great satisfaction with this.

BDP’s tasks: Custom-made concept, entertainment, catering, decorations, AV equipment, lighting, logistics (incl. transfers to and from airport)
