Client’s Objective
A public research university based in London, ranked among the UK’s top 10, was in Copenhagen for an academic conference with many of its faculty and students, and wished to organize a cozy and informal mingling gathering in July 2025 in the heart of the city, with great food and drinks, in a fantastic location.

BDP supported the client in sourcing a unique venue that was booked exclusively for them, as well as providing on-site support to ensure that every single detail was as planned, and the whole evening ran seamlessly. The venue featured spectacular views of Copenhagen’s waterfront and was an unforgettable setting for this magical July evening, where delicious drinks and finger foods were delecting the participants, mingling and letting loose after a long conference day.
