The International Egg Commission host their annual conferences twice a year to meet and learn from each other. In 2019, it was Copenhagen’s turn to gather the egg-community and BDP facilitated the social programme during the 4-day conference.
The welcome dinner took place at the stunning Royal Opera.
The guests were introduced to Copenhagen in the best way: from the waterside in a canal boat, on board a local sharing her own highlights of the city. Upon arrival to the Opera, The Roskilde Garden marching band welcomed them, followed by refreshments and canapés with a skyline view of Copenhagen while the chairman’s welcome took place.
During the conference, the spouses explored both central Copenhagen and Northern Zealand with the help of BDP. Our expert team made sure that the networking event and lunch at Carlsberg Village went smooth and memorable, spiced with special guided walks in the Carlsberg Village.
The conference was rounded off by an after(noon) party at harbourside Toldboden Restaurant (privatized), accompanied by the happy tunes of The Grenadines band whose performance amazed the audience.
