Client’s Objective
A leading banking group and cooperative financial institution in France wanted to come to Denmark for a learning expedition in June 2025. The goal was to create an unforgettable, first-hand experience that combines the best of Danish gastronomy, a deep-dive into the various sustainable and modernized agricultural and urban initiatives, alongside a hint of Danish culture and history.
BDP’s Solution
BDP designed a tailor-made five-day program in Copenhagen and Aarhus. The journey included a welcome dinner in a beautiful rooftop greenhouse in the center of Aarhus, an architectural discovery of Copenhagen, an exclusive culinary experience in an old church building, private canal tours with a drink in hand and gorgeous summer weather, and a refined gala dinner with fantastic waterfront views.
The group stayed at an iconic waterfront hotel, and enjoyed eye-opening visits, for example to the wind turbine farm off the coast of Copenhagen, or to the awe-inspiring Viking Ship Museum in Roskilde. Every detail and logistical transition was seamlessly orchestrated and overseen by BDP’s French-speaking project manager and dedicated guides & assistants.
