In October 2015, BDP Business Events was in charge of the social programme for 550 persons who participated in a congress in Copenhagen. BDP arranged dinners in 4 different venues, such as an alternative ‘Flying Buffet’ at the trendy Toldboden with seasonal, sustainable and local products. Another of the dinners was an elegant electric blue–themed dinner at Mogens Dahl. A more casual evening was spent at the hip Copenhagen Street Food, an industrial hall housing food trucks with delicacies from all over the world.
The last night a gala dinner took place at the unique concert hall Vega, with a Danish theme. The entire venue was dressed in the Danish flag’s colours – red and white. The guests had Danish entertainment, such as Tivoli Guards and a jazz band while enjoying delicious Danish specialties before the evening ended with a big party and a fabulous DJ.
Furthermore BDP was in charge of the logistic including providing 30 hostesses.
BDP’s tasks: Custom-made concept, entertainment, lighting, decorations, logistics (incl. transfers to and from airport)
“…Our event is an incredibly complex and challenging meeting and I know we provided you with a lot of challenges during the planning of our event which you took in your stride and the results were great! We’ve had positive feedback on all the activities with particular praise resulting from the dinner held at Copenhagen Street Food! Thank you, Nathalie and Ebbe!
All our transfers ran without incident which, when dealing with this number of people, is really quite a feat! Thank you, Maja! 🙂
Special thanks must also go to our hostesses who helped out at the airport and dinner venues. …”
